Terms of Service for Vol

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Vol app, you agree to be bound by these terms of service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our app.

2. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on this page. Your continued use of the app after any changes indicates your acceptance of the new terms.

3. Use of the App

You agree to use the app only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the app complies with all applicable laws and regulations.

4. User Accounts

To access certain features of the app, you may be required to create an account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information and to keep this information up-to-date. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities that occur under your account.

When creating an account, you will have the option to receive marketing communications from us. If you choose to opt in, you will receive a confirmation email requiring your explicit consent before any marketing communications begin. Marketing communications may include promotional emails, newsletters, and special offers. You have the right to withdraw your consent at any time by clicking the "unsubscribe" link in any marketing email.

5. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the app for any unlawful purpose.
• Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity.
• Interfere with or disrupt the operation of the app.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the app or its related systems or networks.

6. Intellectual Property

All content and materials on the app, including text, graphics, logos, and software, are the property of Vol or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You agree not to copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on any content from the app without our prior written consent.

7. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The app is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the app will be error-free or uninterrupted. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, and will not be liable for any damages of any kind arising from the use of the app.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Vol, its affiliates, officers, agents, and employees harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys' fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of your use of the app, your violation of these terms, or your violation of any rights of another.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

10. Giveaways and Competitions

By participating in any giveaways or competitions hosted on the VOL platform, including but not limited to the bi-weekly raffle and monthly flight performance contest, you acknowledge and agree that: (1) participation is entirely voluntary and free of charge; (2) all prizes are awarded at VOL's sole discretion and subject to the stated criteria, which may be adjusted or revoked without notice; and (3) VOL reserves the right to disqualify entries that do not meet quality, originality, or eligibility requirements.

VOL, its founders, partners, and affiliates shall not be held liable for any loss, damage, injury, or dispute arising from or related to participation in these programs or the awarding of prizes. You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless VOL from any and all claims, liabilities, or expenses, including legal fees, that may result from your participation.

These contests are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any third-party platform or regulatory body. Participation constitutes acceptance of these terms.

11. User-Generated Content and Community Guidelines

Vol maintains a zero-tolerance policy for objectionable content including but not limited to harassment, hate speech, explicit violence, illegal activities, spam, misinformation, and any content that violates the rights of others or applicable laws.

All users agree to:

• Report any objectionable content immediately using the in-app reporting feature available on every post
• Not post, share, or distribute content that is offensive, harmful, abusive, or violates these terms
• Maintain a respectful and safe environment for all community members

Vol commits to reviewing and acting on all reported content within 24 hours. Users who post objectionable content will be immediately removed from the platform, and their content will be permanently deleted. We take the safety of our community seriously and will not tolerate abusive behavior.

12. Content Moderation and Enforcement

Vol employs both automated systems and manual review to monitor and moderate user-generated content. We reserve the right to remove any content or suspend any account that violates these terms, without prior notice. Users who repeatedly violate our community guidelines will be permanently banned from the platform.
